REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

 

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused conditions, with all original tags and labels attached. (please remember to return an item you must have first spoken with customer service for approval)

Return Process

If an item arrives damaged, please let me know within seven days, and I will ship a replacement item to you. Sending photos of a damaged item/package helps me improve any shipping issues and is greatly appreciated.

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Refunds

All sales are final unless an error occurred on behalf of GlassWing Organics.

No returns (unless otherwise discussed with Glasswing Organics customer service) will be accepted or discounts will be provided.
