Ingredients: Ginger, Red Raspberry Leaves, Dandelion Root, Peppermint Leaves, Stinging Nettle Leaves, Echinacea, Cranberry, Bitter Kola, Fenugreek, Chamomile, and Green Tea
 
Directions: 1-2 times a day bring 1 tsp of herbs to a rolling boil with the desired amount of water (8-12 ounces) and allow it to steep for 2-3 minutes.
May sweeten to taste with honey or agave.
