Rumex crispus, the curly dock, curled dock or yellow dock, is a perennial flowering plant in the family Polygonaceae, native to Europe and Western Asia.

Yellow dock provides potential health benefits including anti-inflammatory effects, laxative properties for constipation relief, antimicrobial activity against infections, historical uses for skin conditions, high in iron, detoxification support, pain and swelling (inflammation) of nasal passages and the respiratory tract, and as a tonic.
