Refund Policy

​RETURNS
All sales are final unless an error occurred on behalf of GlassWing Organics.
No returns will be accepted or refunds will be provided. Be sure to read the “item details” in full (located under the product listing) before making a purchase.
If there is an issue with your order, I will happily work with you to find a solution so please contact me within (7) days after your order has been delivered. After the 7 day period has passed I will be unable to assist with any issues you have with your order.

If an order is returned to Glasswing Organics for address discrepancies / refusals / undeliverable locations etc. we will not be liable for lost shipping fees. Reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer. If you wish to have the order refunded it will be less the shipping fee Glasswing Organics paid for the shipping of your order.

 

REPLACEMENT ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged, please let us know within seven days of the date it was delivered and we will ship a replacement item to you. After 7 days, we will no longer be able to assist you.
Please be sure to send a photo with your message that shows the damaged item/package so we can verify, understand and improve any shipping issues
