Meditation is a practice that involves focusing your mind on a particular object, thought, or activity. This can be anything from your breath to a mantra or even a candle flame. The goal of meditation is to quiet your mind and bring your attention to the present moment, helping you to achieve a state of relaxation and calmness. One of the most important things to remember about meditation is that it is a practice that takes time and patience. You may not experience the benefits of meditation right away, but with consistent practice you will notice benefits such as reducing stress, gaining clarity and focus, promoting good mental health and mindfulness, cultivating compassion, and helping with all around wellbeing. At Glasswing Organics our meditation classes are for everyone and anyone. We teach meditation without any religious beliefs so please know that whatever your beliefs or religion are, you are welcome at GlassWing Organics. Each class includes of a cup of spiritual tea (chosen based on the class type) and our Moringa and Blue Lotus Absolute Oil to help you relax and ease you into the meditation. We also have yoga mats, pillows and eye masks available if you would like to use them during your session. We will start each class with some breath work. Breath work is super beneficial to our physical bodies, helping to boost immune systems, improving states of depression and anxiety, while it also helps to get you centered and present in your personal space before we go into our minds and hearts.
