Public Monthly Sound Bath Event

Service Description

A Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience which can take you on a journey of deep relaxation, healing and self-discovery. Vibrations and sounds produced by singing bowls, tuning forks, steel tongue drum and/or a crystal pyramid can “tune” your body, mind and spirit back into alignment.  During a Sound Bath you will experience deep relaxation and a profound sense of peace and well-being. You will experience the healing power of the crystal singing bowls and possibly other soothing instruments. The healing frequencies and vibrations will wash away stress and tension, help to alleviate anxiety and depression, balance the nervous system, alleviate feelings of grief and loss, increase creativity, motivation and life direction. All you have to do is relax and allow the healing sounds and frequencies to wash over you. Time is suspended as you enter a world of vibration, sensation and experience.   Come enjoy this heavenly experience which is akin to the music of the spheres. You will leave feeling completely relaxed and uplifted, with a sense of well-being. What Should You Expect: When you arrive you will receive a cup of our tea and our signature Moringa & Blue Lotus oil to help you relax and prepare your mind and body for your experience. Then you will relax and position yourself in the most comfortable position possible on our and the sound bath will begin. Dress comfortably and bring whatever you need to be most comfortable during the sound bath. **we have yoga mats, pillows, and eye mask available if you need it. This class is open to the public and will be held once each month. Space is limited so be sure to book early.
