Burdock Root – Grounds scattered energy and supports gentle detoxification
Fennel Seeds – Soothes digestion (often affected by anxiety) and relaxes the body
Sarsaparilla – Restores strength and balances internal stress responses
Feverfew – Traditionally used to calm the mind and reduce head tension
Damiana – Lifts the mood and reconnects you to pleasure and presence
Dandelion Root – Supports liver health and emotional processing
Valerian Root – Deeply calming; encourages rest, stillness, and sleep
How to Prepare
- Add 1 tsp of herbs to 1 cup of boiling water
- Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes
- Strain and enjoy
Serving Size: ~1 tbsp of loose herbs = about 1-3 cups of tea
Drink 1–2 cups daily, especially during moments of overwhelm or before rest.
