Pregnancy Support Blend

This wonderful blend of herbs was created solely to support a comfortable and healthy pregnancy. This blend encompasses a base of raspberry leaf, a popular herb that supports pregnancy through all three trimesters. Every ingredient in this tea provides some beneficial component that will gently ease mom through a healthy and comfortable pregnancy and beautiful birth.

Ginger- a great herb for easing nausea and vomiting. Great immune booster as well.

Raspberry leaf- packed with antioxidants and minerals, has been used for centuries to strengthen the uterine wall. It also has mineral rich nutritive and uterine tonic to promote an expedient labor with minimal bleeding.

Dandelion- rich in vitamins and minerals including calcium and iron.

Peppermint – adds a light mint flavor and it also helps to ease nausea.

Nettle – Nettle shines during the final month of pregnancy, as it’s been shown to ease the labor process alongside raspberry leaf.

Echinacea – has a great flavor and it’s full of antioxidants and vitamins.

Cranberry- when used during pregnancy it helps to prevent urinary tract infection, preterm labor, and it also helps to boost immunity. 

Bitter kola- helps to prevent nausea and vomiting, strengthens and improves uterine health and normalizes blood circulation.

Fenugreek- increases milk production.
