GlassWing Organics — Returns & Refunds

Thank you for supporting GlassWing Organics. Please review product descriptions, ingredients, sizes, and usage instructions carefully before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, personal preferences, or dissatisfaction with individual results. This applies to both online and in-store product purchases, except as described below or where required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains a defective or incorrect product, or is missing an item, please email customerservice@glasswingorganics.com within seven days after delivery.

Include:

Your name and order number.
A description of the issue.
Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label, when applicable.

Please retain the affected product and packaging until we provide instructions. Do not use a product that appears spoiled, contaminated, or otherwise unsafe.

After reviewing your concern, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for a confirmed problem. If we require an item to be returned because it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, GlassWing Organics will cover the approved return-shipping cost.

Return Authorization

Please contact us before sending anything back. We will provide instructions and the correct return address if a return is necessary.

Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit. Store credit may be offered as an alternative with your agreement.

Natural Product Variations

Natural ingredients can cause variations in color, scent, texture, and consistency between batches. These variations alone do not indicate a defect. If you are concerned about a product’s condition, please contact us before using it.
