Our Monthly Yoni Steam Meet Up is a sacred pause in the rhythm of life—a place where women come as they are and leave a little lighter.

Guided by my personal beloved practitioner Melissa, we sit in warmth and steam, sipping herbal tea, and allowing our bodies to soften. Through guided journal prompts, Melissa helps us gently uncover the places within that are asking for attention, compassion, and healing.

We share.
We listen.
We laugh softly.
We witness one another.

The meeting is intentionally intimate— 10 or women or fewer—so every voice has space, every story is honored, and every heart feels held.

This gathering is offered as a gift to the community.
