What would I do without this spray? This spray is a daily must have for me; I cannot go without it! Due to my chronic illnesses which includes chronic pain and anxiety because the pain, I tend to sleep very poorly. I also tend to have nightly nightmares. I refuse to take sleeping medication. Through meditation and set intentions, I now associate Deep Reverie Linen Pillow Spray with calmness, peacefulness, happy dreams, and a restful night of sleep. If I'm particularly stressed, I will spray my face and body with it after my shower before going to sleep as well as my pillow. Before putting on fresh sheets, I'll spray the mattress. There have been times I've also taken off the duvet and top sheet to spray the entire bottom sheet with a fine mist before covering everything back up and crawling into bed when I'm feeling overwhelmed. by life.
