 Spiritual Benefits & Ritual Uses

 Detox Ritual Bath

Use after long days, heavy energy, or emotional overwhelm. Epsom salt, known for its cleansing properties, draws out energetic sludge and restores the body’s natural rhythm.

New Moon or Waning Moon Release Ritual

Perfect for lunar phases of letting go. Set the intention to release what no longer serves, light a black or navy candle, and allow this bomb to act as your spiritual cleansing assistant.

After Energy Work or Body Healing

Use after Reiki, bodywork, massage, or any healing session to seal in the energetic shifts and flush away residual toxins.

 Cord-Clearing or Emotional Release

Drop into the tub when you need to cry, scream, write, or simply feel. Let the bath become your sacred container. Epsom salt grounds you. Oils soothe you. Water holds you.

 Chakra Rebalancing

Especially potent for Root and Sacral chakra support—Deep Waters brings grounding to those who’ve been floating in anxiety or emotional fog.

 Suggested Ritual

1.Light a candle—black for protection, blue for peace, red for grounding.

2.Write what you are releasing on a small piece of paper.

3.Drop the bomb into your bath and whisper:

“I release. I rebalance. I am renewed.”

4.Soak until you feel reset. Let the water carry it all down the drain.

Affirmation:

“I allow the old to fall away. I rise clear, grounded, and whole.”
