Meditation Mondays are back.

When GlassWing first opened, Monday evenings were our community's quiet landing place — a moment to set the week down before it begins. It's time to return to it.

Join Jennifer for a 45-minute sound bath as the shop closes for the evening. We begin with a warm cup of herbal tea, blended to help you relax and settle into the moment. Then we rest — singing bowls, stillness, and space to breathe — and close gently, together.

✨ First Monday of every month, 6:00–6:45 pm
✨ Tea served at the start, so arrive a few minutes early to settle in
✨ Limited to 12 guests
✨ Bring a mat or blanket if you like, and dress comfortably. We will have mats available for those who need one.
