Milk Thistle 4oz

(Latin Name: Silybum marianum)
(Also known as: The Liver’s Guardian, Holy Thistle, St. Mary’s Thistle)

Brief History & Origin

Milk Thistle is the Herb of Protection and Purification, a spiky plant with healing at its core. The legend says that the white veins on its leaves were left by the Virgin Mary’s milk, giving the plant sacred status as a protector of life, vitality, and mother energy.

For over 2,000 years, herbalists from Greece, Rome, and Europe have turned to Milk Thistle to heal and shield the liver—the body’s primary organ of cleansing and transformation. In spiritual work, Milk Thistle is revered as an energetic purifier, helping the practitioner clear emotional toxins, release bitterness, and step into a new cycle of wellness and renewal.
