I first learned of this healing herb from, The Great, Dr. Sebi. His teachings of healing herbs and clean eating; Healing the body from many illnesses, boost the metabolism, extend lifespan, etc... Burdock Root has a light nutty taste. You can use these to chew/suck on while enjoying your day, boil into a tea, or make an oil. These herbs were delivered in a reusable foiled zip bag. Highly recommended.
