These are the carrier oils I chose as a base for my essential oil blend:

Directions:
For Normal Daily Use
Place one or two drops on the tip of your finger and place them inside your vagina. With the oil on the tip of your finger insert the full finger inside and rub against your interior walls, go as deep as you can reach, and continue working your way out. Apply the oil inside the lips, and coat the area between your lips and outside the vagina.
You may use it on your thighs and between your butt cheeks as well to keep the skin around the vaginal area healthy and to prevent odor.
For best results, wash or shower before application and allow the oil to absorb throughout the day.
