It is suggested that you store your sea moss and fruit gel in an ice tray in the freezer and just pop out a cube for each use. This helps to insure you get to use the entire contents of the jar before it starts to go bad. 
*** Please note when you receive your product, please refrigerate or freeze it immediately. It will need to be refrigerated for at least 1 day before opening and using. This will give your sea moss enough time to gel up if it is not gelled when you receive it.

This item is made fresh to order so please allow a least 2 business days for processing. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please be sure to provide your correct email so you can receive this information. Also, please keep in mind that during COVID-19 months, shipping may take a few days longer than normal. Please choose shipping selection according to your needs (I DO OFFER PRIORITY EXPRESS) but please be mindful that your package still may not arrive on time due to COVID-19’s circumstances. Please understand once I’ve shipped your Seamoss Gel package off, extensive shipping days are out of my control. Please take this into consideration. ** NOTE: Once your order has been shipped and confirmed by USPS that it has been delivered to your location and you have not receive your package, I highly recommend you contact your local USPS office and provide them with your tracking information so that they are able to further assist you. Please note that I can not be responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address being provided with your order or if your order was stolen. It is important that you provide me with the correct shipping information. If your package gets returned to me because of the wrong shipping address, you are responsible for the cost of replacement and shipping.
