NATURAL PRODUCTS & WEATHER
I do not use stabilizers or preservatives in any of my products. Everything is completely natural which makes it vulnerable to the weather. Shipping during cold or hot weather may cause freezing or melting. This will definitely alter the texture of many of my products… specifically my whipped butters, moisturizers and hair cream. If the product has melted when you receive it, put it in the refrigerator for a few minutes so it can resolidify. If the product is frozen, allow time for the product to heat up to room temperature. Also, whipped butters will not appear full in the jar after they have melted. You are not receiving less product, it is still the same amount you would have received in a full jar if the product had not melted.
I will not reship or offer any refunds for products that melt during shipping. Melting does not affect the wonderful skin nourishing benefits and the products are still completely safe to use.

Nourishment for my hair!

I recently purchased the Wild Growth Hair Butter (with Chebe) and I absolutely love this butter. It is well-made and very nourishing. My hair feels very soft and it is more manageable when I use the hair butter. Please continue to make well-made/rich products. I have only used this product for about a week-so I can't comment on the growth of my hair since using this product. I will definitely purchase this product again. Note: I purchased this product in July (during the summer months) and, when the product arrived, it was melted (only half of the product appeared to be in the container). I wish there was a way to make the hair butter so that it can withstand the summer heat/so that it does not melt too much during the summer months. It feels like I only received half of the hair butter. I will order the hair butter again during the fall/winter months.

THIS WORKS!!!!! I like to use this when my Locs are loose, hanging down. I would put this on in the morning after hydrating my Locs focusing on the scalp, then rubbing a little bit of the, wild hair growth buttter with chebe, on my Locs and the ends. Can't wait to do this ritual again as my hair was growing so fast.
